César Vicuña has fifteen years of wide experience in corporate and insurance law, acting as legal advisor of recognized national and international companies in subjects such as litigation, contracts and business reorganizations. Mr Vicuña has a post degree in tax planning and international taxation. He is also candidate to a Master in Tax Laws degree.
